We are pleased to present the Privacy Policy for the Baby Soother Mom's Voice app (hereafter referred to as "Application"), developed for mobile devices by ZenTech-Studio (hereafter referred to as "Service Provider").

Current Status: All features are completely free to use.

Future Plans: This service may be offered under a freemium model in the future. If that happens, we will update this Privacy Policy.

By using our Application, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. We respect your privacy and do not sell or share your personal information with anyone.

Important: We do not collect any personal information directly from you. Any data collected is handled by third-party services (explained below).

2. Who This App Is For

Baby Soother is made for parents, not for children.

  • Built-in soothing sounds: White noise, heartbeat, fan, rain, and more
  • Custom recordings: Parents can record their own voice, lullabies, or personalized sounds
• Users: Adults (18+) only
• Children: Infants and children do not operate the app — parents do

If you are under 18, please do not use this app without parental supervision.

3. Information We Collect

We want to be transparent about how information works in Baby Soother.

3.1 What We Do NOT Collect Directly

To enhance your experience, some information may be stored on your device. However, we do not collect, store, or process any personal information on our servers unless you voluntarily provide it (e.g., beta signup). Everything you do in the app stays on your device unless a third-party service interacts with it.

3.2 Voice Recordings

When you choose to record your voice for soothing sounds, those recordings are stored locally on your device only.

• We never upload, transmit, or store your voice recordings on our servers.
• Only you have access to your recordings.
• When you uninstall the app or delete a folder to the given directory Music/BabySoother/, it is gone from your device.

3.3 Information Collected by Third-Party Services

The app contains third-party services that collect anonymous information. These services include:

• Device model, operating system version, app version
• Anonymous usage statistics (session duration, feature usage)
• IP address (temporarily stored and anonymized)

3.4 What We NEVER Collect

• ✗ Personal information (name, email, phone number) — unless you provide it for beta signup

• ✗ Contact lists or calendar information
• ✗ Photos or other media from your device (voice recordings stay local)

We use the information collected (by third-party services) for the following purposes:

Voice recordings are used only for playback within the app and are never shared or used for any other purpose.

Both Firebase Crashlytics and Google Analytics for Firebase automatically delete data after their retention periods end. No action is required from you.

6.2 User-Requested Deletion

Since we collect no personal data on our servers, there is nothing for us to delete. To remove locally stored data (voice recordings, preferences), simply uninstall the app.

7. Security

We value your trust in using our app. We strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting any data transmitted to third-party services.

Firebase (Google) uses industry-standard security measures to protect data during transmission and storage.

However, no method of transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Permissions (App Access)

The app requests the following permissions:

You can deny or revoke any optional permission at any time in your device settings. Required permissions are necessary for core app functionality.

9. Children's Privacy

This app is not for children. It is designed for adults (18+) to use with their babies, as stated in the "Who This App Is For" section above.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from:

• Anyone under 13 (worldwide, in compliance with COPPA)
• Anyone under 16 (European Union, in compliance with GDPR)

If we discover that a child under the applicable age has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete it from our servers.
